Twenty years in property management, all of it right here in the Inner West, Sonja knows this market better than almost anyone. As a Senior Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent she’s built a career on a simple principle: get her clients the best possible return, with the least possible risk.

That experience shows in the results. In 2021, Sonja was named Property Manager of the Year. Recognition that reflects two decades of work, not a lucky year.

What clients and colleagues consistently say about Sonja is that she gets things done with tenacity when it’s needed, and warmth always. She’s built lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike, and has a natural ease dealing with people at every level, from first-time tenants to seasoned investors. It’s the combination of sharp instincts and a genuinely friendly, approachable manner that gives her clients real peace of mind: their property is being diligently managed, their tenants are happy, and their investment is in good hands.
