Kirk has spent his entire 18-year career in property, starting at 16 in his father’s real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire before becoming a valuer at 20, spending seven years with CBRE across Sydney and Melbourne. Since returning to Sydney, he’s been involved in property management and now specialises in Inner West commercial sales and property management as part of the estate team.

As a registered property valuer, Kirk brings rare technical expertise to every transaction, giving clients confidence their commercial assets are accurately assessed and strategically managed. He’s known for his sharp market insight and hands-on approach, working closely with landlords, tenants and investors to achieve outcomes that reflect the true value of their property.

Outside of work, Kirk is always outdoors, whether at the beach, in the gym, kickboxing or playing sport, bringing that same energy and discipline to everything he does for his clients.
