Emma has spent over a decade building a career in real estate, starting out in 2012 and spending five formative years honing her craft in the southern suburbs. That experience shows: she was named Property Manager of the Year in 2014, was a finalist three more times in 2015, 2018 and 2019, and helped her team take out Property Management Team of the Year in 2019.

What sets Emma apart, though, isn’t the trophies, it’s the trust she builds. Landlords know their investment is genuinely looked after. Tenants know they’re dealing with someone efficient, straightforward and easy to reach. And her colleagues know she’s the one they turn to, having mentored and trained much of the Property Management team with the same rigour and process-driven care she brings to every portfolio.

Outside the office, Emma’s just as curious and energetic, always on the hunt for the next great café, and happiest when she’s travelling, walking, or in the water.
